I’m a professional fly fishing guide, and have been guiding Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley the last 4 years. I guide about 100 trips per year in Colorado, both wade and float trips. During my spring and fall off seasons, I love coming back home to visit family and swing flies and nymph the Brule.

I have been fly fishing Lake Superiors tributaries in Northern Wisconsin for the last 10 years in the spring and fall. The last few years I have been applying some technical nymphing tactics we use in Colorado to my steelhead nymph rigs. I find it really improves the presentation of our flies when the fish are picky or appear to be nowhere to be found. My Colorado guide season starts at the end of May and wraps up in the middle of October. This year I am planning to guide Northern Wisconsin tributaries from November 1st-15th, so I will have limited dates available.

My Ski Season goes from December until the first week of April. The Aspen Snowmass resorts offer a wide variety of terrain for skiers of all skill levels. Aspen has four mountains that are all within a 20 minute drive. I can teach at all four mountains and help you pick the best one for your ability level and type of experience you are looking to have. All ski lessons I teach are booked though the Snowmass Ski School.
